we have two bright colours and short nails..
what you need is a cellotape,scissors,and your nail colour..
wrap the cellotape on the lower part of the nails disclosing only the maroon part in the above image and put color on it..
as he color is dried,you can paint the remaining part and your simple design is ready within less than 5 mins!
